Orders & Shipping
We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, and most European countries.
Orders over AUD$79 qualify for free standard shipping.
Orders between ADU$79 - $49 are charged a shipping rate of $6.99.
Orders between ADU$49 - $26 are charged a shipping rate of $8.99.
Orders under ADU$26 are charged a shipping rate of $10.99.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (or 3–5 days during busy periods), and shipping typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location.

Product & Fit
Each product page includes a detailed size guide. We recommend checking your measurements and comparing them with the chart before placing your order. If you need sizing help, feel free to email us!
Most of our pieces are true to size, but for delicate styles like bodysuits or corsets, we recommend sizing up if you're in between sizes.
Yes! Our lingerie is made with soft, breathable materials designed for comfort, including for sensitive skin. If you have known allergies, we recommend reviewing the product fabric details before purchasing.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on lingerie once shipped. Please double-check sizing, style, and color before ordering.
We accept exchange requests within 24 hours of purchase, before your item is shipped. Once your order has been processed, it can no longer be modified.
We’re so sorry! If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@cozylust.com with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right with a full refund or replacement.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Absolutely. Your payment is processed securely through Shopify’s encrypted payment gateway. We do not store or have access to your credit card information.
